This position supports sales goals through excellent customer service, maintains relationships with existing accounts, and provides sales coverage across the order lifecycle from quotation to shipment. You will communicate SENKO's value proposition, manage and process customer purchase orders, and ensure accurate CRM data and timely order updates. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, advising on product applications, recommending products or alternatives, coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to resolve issues per ISO procedures, and collaborating with other departments for seamless service. The role may require travel with the sales team and training of new sales staff as directed. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience, ERP/CRM proficiency, strong data entry and MS Office skills, and a professional phone presence. A background in technical products is helpful.
