AS Colour is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our wholesale business across the Northeastern United States and Eastern Canada. This on-site role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the candidate must reside within the designated territory. You will work closely with the US General Manager, Sales and Customer Service teams to build relationships with B2B customers and drive revenue. Responsibilities include expanding market share by selling to new and existing B2B accounts, educating customers about AS Colour products (including the people, culture, durability, printability, social responsibility, price point to quality ratio, and brand), servicing accounts, collecting and communicating market feedback, trends and requests, and reporting to the US General Manager. Efficient use of CRM (HubSpot) is required, including adding meeting notes and managing calendars. You will identify and convert leads, plan efficient sales trips, book appointments with B2B customers, host client showroom and office tours, co-host events with B2B customers and team, maximize showroom presence for the brand, and participate in regional and national trade shows as needed. The role entails frequent domestic travel to meet the growing customer base, including quarterly visits to our DC and Head Office facility in Carson, CA.
