Servant is seeking a Contract Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Consultant to provide strategic recruiting support across internal hiring needs and Servant Talent client engagements. The role collaborates with hiring leaders, clients, and delivery teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent across technology, product, design, and business functions. This is a hands-on, remote, fractional position offering up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility based on internal hiring priorities and client demand.

Key responsibilities: - Full-cycle recruiting from intake through onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand business needs, team structure, and role requirements. - Develop recruiting strategies and sourcing plans aligned to hiring goals. - Create and optimize job descriptions to attract qualified candidates. - Source, screen, interview, and present high-quality candidates. - Coordinate candidate communication, interview processes, feedback loops, and offer execution. - Support offer negotiations, compensation alignment, and closing strategies. - Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
