The Controller acts as a strategic business partner to executive leadership, delivering financial insight to support operational and business decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with global operations.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets, inventory, cost accounting.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closes; prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements; review reconciliations; maintain policies.
Oversee cost and manufacturing accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation; analyze variances; support physical inventories; partner with Operations to improve profitability.
Develop and maintain internal controls; ensure compliance with standards and company policies; coordinate external audits; manage tax filings with outside advisors.
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, treasury activities, working capital; support capex planning.
Lead and mentor the accounting team; drive process improvements and ERP optimization.
