Our Finance team ensures the numbers behind our growth are accurate, timely, and audit-ready. As Financial Accountant, you will own day-to-day accounting—general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed assets—and play a direct role in monthly closings, half-year/ year-end processes, and group reporting. This is a hands-on role with ownership from day one, working closely with both internal Finance colleagues and external partners.

This position is available as full-time or part-time. Your daily duties include managing day-to-day financial accounting, supporting monthly and quarterly closings, assisting with audit preparations, contributing to consolidation and reporting, and helping optimize finance processes while partnering with internal departments and external providers.
Required qualifications include a completed commercial training with relevant experience in financial accounting, proficiency with DATEV, basic knowledge of HGB (German GAAP), and fluency in German and English (written and spoken). Candidates should be independent, yet team-oriented, with a hands-on working style. Preferred qualifications include further specialization as a Finanzbuchhalter or equivalent, experience with SAP and/or MS Dynamics, and an interest in pursuing further qualifications toward Bilanzbuchhalter.
