The Community Manager will be responsible for delivering excellent resident experiences, supporting the company mission, and ensuring compliance with LIHTC and other housing program requirements. Essential duties include providing outstanding services to residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and owners; maintaining curb appeal and property appearance standards; aiming for above-average resident survey results; managing the property to achieve budgeted occupancy and to stay within budget; adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures; complying with LIHTC program requirements, including qualifying households, annual recertifications, state agency and investor reporting, and property-specific requirements; supervising property team members; ensuring accurate internal and external reporting; handling daily accounting functions (accounts receivable and accounts payable); maintaining health and safety standards; and performing other duties as assigned.
