Unilever is seeking a Key Account Manager and Culinary Advisor to drive sustainable growth by engaging with chefs and foodservice operators across Estonia. Based in Tallinn with a hybrid working arrangement, you will own the sales process in your assigned territory, meet or exceed targets, and build strong partnerships with operators. You will nurture and develop the existing customer base through a multichannel approach—on-site visits and remote support—providing training, menu engineering guidance, and tailored solutions. You will also identify and pursue new opportunities, developing and executing plans to win high-potential accounts. Key responsibilities include mastering the B2B foodservice sector (restaurants, hotels, quick-service restaurants), analyzing market potential, managing the current base, and planning operator acquisition.
