As a Team Leader, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences, champion a positive team culture, and support all store departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience. You will lead by example on the sales floor, collaborate with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals, manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-up while maintaining high service standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies, asset protection, and inventory control. Requirements include 2-3 years of retail experience (preferably with leadership), ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
