Senior Project Manager for the Bus Systems team, based in Santa Clara, CA, leads cross-functional hardware development programs across RF, mechanical, and avionics. You will own the integrated program schedule, drive gated lifecycle reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, qualification, and acceptance), manage risk, coordinate suppliers and contract manufacturers, and ensure requirements flow-down and verification planning stay aligned with the technical baseline. You will work daily with RF, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers, challenging estimates, spotting risks early, and making sensible tradeoffs without waiting for translation from a designer. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in aerospace hardware programs, hands-on familiarity with RF and electronic systems, mechanical prototyping and lead times, and a track record of gated program lifecycles.
