ISS Mechanical is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to own retrofit projects from turnover through closeout in Orange County, Florida, United States. You will be responsible for project planning, financial performance, scheduling, coordinating equipment, materials, subcontractors, permits, and other resources, and for managing change orders and client communications. The Project Manager works closely with the General Superintendent and Foremen to ensure the field has the information, materials, manpower, and support needed to execute the work successfully. This is not the primary technical leadership role in the field; the Project Manager owns the overall project plan and business performance, while field leadership handles daily jobsite execution.
