Senior Technical Program Manager for Amazon Leo Partner Services leads end-to-end, externally facing technical integration programs with Amazon Leo’s global distribution partners to enable satellite internet service in contracted territories and channels. You will own program strategy and execution across API onboarding, BSS/OSS integration, certification, field validation, and operational readiness, collaborating with engineering, product, solutions architecture, and operations teams to ensure partner deliverables are defined, prioritized, and launched on schedule. This role requires strong technical fluency, program leadership, executive communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity within a fast-moving global environment. Key responsibilities include defining scope, milestones, and success criteria; managing integrated program plans; identifying risks and dependencies; and driving mitigation plans; acting as the primary technical program interface for strategic distribution partners; coordinating cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, solutions architects, and operations; and maintaining standardized program artifacts and executive status reporting. The position may require export control compliance under EAR/ITAR; eligibility to obtain necessary licenses or approvals is required. This role operates in a regional context across Europe, in coordination with central ALPS teams.
