About the role Town is hiring a founding technical recruiter to own how Town finds, engages, and closes engineers who will define the company. You’ll partner closely with the founders and other leaders to personally carry our most important technical searches, and to build the machinery underneath them so a small team can hire like a much larger one. What you’ll own Full-cycle technical recruiting—from sourcing to closing—across engineering (staff backend, AI product, growth, etc.), with some product and design.
