UpGuard is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new opportunities across the United States using outbound tactics such as email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling. You will identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities, understand prospects' needs, clearly communicate UpGuard's value proposition, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive process and product improvements. You’ll maintain accurate notes in our CRM, work with cross-functional teams, and help build a healthy sales pipeline in a fast-paced, AI-augmented environment. This hybrid role is based in Austin, Texas, United States, with three days per week in the office and the option for remote work.
