Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an assigned account, including staffing, training, disciplinary actions, and termination of staff as needed. The Account Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees by developing and retaining staff, coordinating required support services, and solving problems to effectively run the account. This role will aim to meet or exceed financial and operational goals, deliver high-quality customer service, and oversee weekly operating schedules and payroll for assigned security personnel.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Lead and supervise a team of 12 security personnel, ensuring adherence to policies and optimal performance
Manage payroll and scheduling for the security team, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead the hiring and training of new employees to maintain a skilled and efficient workforce
Serve as the security systems administrator, overseeing implementation and maintenance of security measures
Coordinate security-related activities and projects to ensure seamless execution
Cultivate and manage client relationships, addressing concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Manage contract workers on daily projects, ensuring alignment with security standards
Maintain security equipment, overseeing repairs and upgrades as needed
Oversee alarm monitoring systems and services for local and remote locations
Manage emergency and non-emergency communications and responses to ensure swift resolution
