Site Program Manager I is the on-site leader of Think Together’s educational program at a partner school campus. This full-time exempt role oversees day-to-day site operations, program delivery, staff supervision and coaching, safety compliance, and data management to ensure the program meets funding requirements and Average Daily Attendance targets. Responsibilities include implementing the program design and curriculum, training staff, maintaining accurate records, managing site budgets and timecards, coordinating with school leadership and families, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), 1–2+ years of experience in education/youth programs, supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain, background check clearance, and bilingual Spanish may be favorable in some districts.
