Holt Brothers Construction is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of one or more construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will manage budget, schedule, scope, contract compliance, and the client relationship, and will supervise the project engineers, senior project engineers, and assistant project managers assigned to their projects. This role leads project delivery and contributes to team stability through coaching and performance development. Responsibilities include leading project leadership tasks such as coordinating budgets, schedules, scope and quality, negotiating prime and subcontract terms, and conducting OAC meetings; overseeing a project team, setting goals, and participating in hiring decisions as appropriate; managing project P&L, change orders, pay applications, and subcontractor payments; and maintaining safety and quality across the site. Candidate requirements: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field with 7–10 years of relevant experience (including at least 2 years in an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent role), or an associate degree/trade background with 12–15 years of progressive construction experience; or internal promotion from Assistant Project Manager. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training or willingness to obtain within 6 months; ability to read drawings and specifications; strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with construction management software (Procure, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar) and Microsoft Offic
