This role will plan, coordinate, budget, schedule, and lead multiple HVAC construction projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality within budget. The Senior HVAC Construction Project Manager will manage field teams and subcontractors, maintain client relationships, and drive projects from kickoff to final completion. Key responsibilities include reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications, coordinating installation with plumbing, electrical, architectural, and structural trades, resolving field conflicts, conducting site inspections, and managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders; coordinating commissioning and startup activities; and ensuring successful project closeout. The candidate will develop and manage project budgets, monitor labor productivity and costs, forecast financial performance, review purchase orders and subcontract agreements, approve invoices, and manage billing and cash flow, while identifying cost-saving opportunities. You will serve as the primary client contact, build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors, attend project meetings, and communicate progress while resolving client concerns promptly.
