What You’ll Do: - Manage up to 40 active work orders in a fast-paced environment. - Own the full lifecycle of each order: intake, vendor matching, scheduling, execution, follow-up, and billing. - Serve as the main point of contact for a nationwide client portfolio, providing proactive updates and fast issue resolution. - Match and dispatch vendors based on scope, trade, geography, and client standards. - Track progress against SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely completion. - Reconcile data between internal systems and client portals for clean, accurate reporting. - Make rapid decisions with imperfect information and keep work moving under shifting priorities. - Document processes, maintain throughput, and identify workflow improvements. - Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
