Responsibilities

• Complete paid product training on PT&P products (Pipe Supports, Expansion Joints, Bellows).
• Manage accounts from contract signing through shipment and delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Lead full-cycle sales: identify opportunities, follow up on previous wins, and cultivate relationships with new and existing customers.
• Drive business development with the sales team; visit customers in person, propose plans to engage them, and participate in industry events and community activities.
• Employ cross-selling strategies to address all customer needs.
• Create and deliver sales presentations, Lunch & Learn sessions, and other materials to customers.
• Provide plant/shop tours to illustrate manufacturing processes and product applications.
