About the role

Join Tire Discounters, the nation’s largest family-owned tire retailer, in Huntsville, Alabama as a Sales Associate to become the go-to expert for auto maintenance and repair, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Recommend products and services based on customer needs; drive sales through outreach; manage tickets accurately and efficiently; deliver outstanding customer service; maintain store appearance; promote teamwork and assist in the shop as needed. Qualifications: Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred (automotive experience is a plus). Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on Saturdays. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs. Valid driver's license and authorized to work in the USA (18+). Compensation: Pay: $40,000 - $75,000 annually. Our Sales Team Members are paid weekly and earn monthly individual spiffs as well as participating in the monthly store bonus.
