Netcraft is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across the United States. Based in Lehi, Utah, this hybrid role requires in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and other roles from entry-level to senior hires. - Lead intake meetings to align role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles. - Proactively source and engage talent using a variety of tools and creative strategies. - Screen, assess, coordinate interviews, and process offers, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. - Collaborate with hiring managers to set expectations, maintain momentum, and drive process improvements. - Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. - Maintain accurate data, workflows, and reporting within the ATS. - Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and tools.
