Branch Sales Representative is the on-site sales presence at Builders Aurora LBM, Smith Road, in Aurora, Colorado. Greet and assist customers at the Smith Road Office, directing visitors to the appropriate department or team member as needed.
Answer incoming calls through the office phone system, assisting customers and routing calls in a professional and timely manner.
Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, credit, or other payment methods.
Manage inventory inquiries, check stock and special orders availability to meet customer requirements.
Maintain knowledge of product lines and pricing to effectively support customer purchasing decisions.
Support the sales team by processing orders, entering quotes, and assisting with other sales-related administrative tasks as needed.
Proficiency with point-of-sale and inventory management systems; strong comm
