The Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, including capital investments, manufacturing process improvements, facility upgrades, and other operational initiatives. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing project scopes, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and documentation; coordinating internal teams, contractors, and suppliers; monitoring schedules and performance; supporting Lean and continuous improvement initiatives; and ensuring compliance with safety standards, engineering specifications, and environmental regulations. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, 5+ years of manufacturing project management experience, experience leading capital projects and process improvements, knowledge of PM methodologies and Lean/Six Sigma, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, ERP systems.
