RxSight is seeking an Account Manager to lead the California territory and drive LAL adoption and territory growth in ophthalmic practice settings. The AM builds trusted relationships with surgeons and practice staff, translates strategic priorities into territory activities, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to optimize patient flow and drive same-store growth. This field-based role is based in San Diego, CA, with regular local travel to support customers and team members across the region. Key duties include developing site-level account plans, maintaining CRM documentation, executing referral strategies, onboarding new customers with the CS team, and conducting business reviews to benchmark adoption and economic impact. A strong commercial acumen, ophthalmic knowledge, and experience in premium IOLs or clinic/ASC optimization are highly desirable.
