Camden Sedgebrook is seeking a results-driven Community Manager to lead the on-site team at a multifamily community in Huntersville, North Carolina. This role is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of the community, including occupancy, customer sentiment, retention, and NOI, while managing expenses and driving property performance. The Community Manager will attract, guide, develop, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver Living Excellence and an outstanding resident experience, while aligning with Camden’s brand and values.

Essential Functions: - Responsible for the overall operation and success of the community, achieving occupancy and rent growth goals, resident satisfaction, NOI, and budgeted expenses. - Develop strategic plans to meet performance targets and exceed market results. - Lead recruitment, coaching, motivation, and development of team members; align individual goals with organizational objectives. - Build strong relationships with residents, prospects, vendors, and internal teams; promote a customer-focused culture. - Oversee marketing and social media strategies to increase property traffic. - Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market conditions to improve results. - Ensure compliance with Camden policies, applicable laws, safety requirements. - May oversee new development or rehabilitation projects; provide input to construction and operations. - Model professional image and provide a customer-focused attitude.
