ABOUT YOU is hiring a HR Analytics Manager focused on equity compensation in Hamburg, Germany. The role owns the equity compensation program lifecycle, including grants, vesting, settlements, and documentation, and acts as the main point of contact for equity topics across participants, senior management, and partners in People & Organization (P&O), Finance, and Zalando. You will continuously design and streamline equity processes to ensure smooth and accurate execution across involved teams, and you will prepare, analyze, and present key HR metrics and reports for P&O, Finance, and Zalando. You will also drive P&O analytics and Controlling initiatives beyond core equity cycles, translating complex data into actionable business insights. Qualifications include strong numerical reasoning, advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Excellent written and spoken English is required. A degree in Business, Economics, HR, Finance, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred. Nice-to-have: prior experience with Equity Compensation or Employee Share Schemes; exposure to Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics. This role is based in Hamburg, Germany.
