Based in Bioggio, Ticino, Switzerland, you will be part of the Service Operations – Client Lifecycle Management and Client Relationship Management (CLM/CRM) team. You will act as a key link between clients, service teams, and development organizations, analyzing business requirements, investigating production incidents, and ensuring stable operation and availability of CLM/CRM applications. You will collaborate with Software Engineers, Service Managers, Product teams, Project Delivery teams, and Client Management to identify root causes, implement solutions, and drive continuous service improvements throughout the software lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and post-production support. Responsibilities include ensuring the stable and efficient operation of CLM/CRM solutions and related third-party applications; translating client requirements into functional and technical specifications; managing incidents and service requests end-to-end; acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders; supporting onboarding of new banking services into service delivery; supporting testing activities including functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT); contributing to product enhancements and new functionalities; and maintaining clear documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
