About the role

Role: Business Analyst – Web & Mobile and Crypto. Location: Bioggio, Ticino, Switzerland. Work arrangement: Hybrid.

Description: You will be part of the Service Operations – Web & Mobile and Crypto Team, responsible for ensuring stable platform operations and the continuous improvement of Avaloq software and products for clients. As a Business Analyst, you will act as a key link between clients, service teams, and development organizations. You will analyse business requirements, investigate and resolve incidents, and ensure the smooth operation and availability of business-critical applications. You will work closely with Software Engineers, Service Managers, Product teams, Project Delivery teams, and Client Management to identify root causes, resolve incidents, and drive continuous service improvements. You will contribute throughout the software lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key tasks: - Ensure stable and efficient operation of Web & Mobile Banking and Crypto solutions and related third-party applications. - Analyse and consolidate client requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. - Manage incidents and service requests end-to-end, including triage, impact analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and resolution. - Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring effective communication. - Support onboarding of new banking services into service delivery and operational support.
