About the role

Wavestone, an international consulting firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding intern (end of studies or gap year) in Puteaux, France. The role offers exposure to the full recruitment value chain and employer branding initiatives, with a balanced hybrid work arrangement.

The Team The Recruitment team at Wavestone brings together nearly 50 recruiters in France and internationally. Each year we hire around 1,000 permanent hires and 500 interns, mainly in demanding consulting roles. Because recruitment is a strategic lever for the firm’s development, we focus on the quality of hires, candidate experience, and recruiter development. Throughout your internship, you will be supported by experienced recruiters to gradually build your skills across the full recruitment function.

Your internship The objective is to learn the fundamentals of recruitment and gradually contribute to the team’s activity across three main responsibilities: 1) Identify and attract top talent by learning sourcing techniques and how to search, approach, and qualify profiles for our needs. 2) Participate in recruitment processes with initial candidate conversations, coordination of the recruitment cycle, tracking of applications, and contribution to the candidate experience. 3) Contribute to team development through cross-functional projects (employer branding, campus management, attractiveness, sourcing, process improvement, recruitment events, etc.). This experience will give you exposure to the entire recruitment value chain alongside a team known for its expertise and high standards
