Within Scout Admin, our team builds and maintains the core administrative platform that powers the management of scouts, events, and data-collection workflows, enabling worldwide coverage of live events and ensuring data quality.

The Challenge and the Role: As Engineering Manager in the Scout Admin team, you will lead and guide the most important part of our engineering organization—our people. You will nurture a culture of collaboration, communication, and coordination, leverage your experience as an individual contributor, and shape technology and product decisions. Your leadership will help engineers prioritize work, overcome tough challenges, and grow in their careers. You will balance hands-on design and development with strategic planning, contribute to long-term roadmaps, and ensure the team delivers robust, scalable software.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers (and other managers), aligning efforts with product, analytics, DevOps, Security, Design, and overall business goals.
Collaborate with product managers and other leaders to deliver the best possible product for customers.
Dedicate time to hand
