Engineering Manager to lead the Scout Admin team in Warsaw, Poland, responsible for the core administrative platform powering scouts, events, and data collection workflows. The Live Data unit delivers real-time sports data across 30+ sports disciplines, including esports, to partners worldwide.
As Engineering Manager, you will lead and coach engineers (and other managers), collaborate with Product, Analytics, DevOps, Security, and Design, and stay hands-on with design and development. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, set quarterly and yearly goals, and ensure delivery of high-quality software while managing technical debt.
