TOPdesk is looking for a UX Designer to join our Budapest, Hungary-based development team. This on-site opportunity involves collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to develop AI-powered features for the next generation of IT service management platforms. You will contribute across the entire UX process—from discovery and research to final delivery—creating wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most suitable tools. You will facilitate collaborative ideation, ensure consistency through the design system, and propose new components when needed. You will validate designs with usability testing, data analysis, and user feedback, and you will deliver clear handover documentation for seamless developer implementation. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to craft user-centered solutions, raise UX maturity, and improve design processes across the organization. You will stay informed about emerging UX trends, tools, and best practices.
