Wavestone is an international consulting firm focused on transforming major strategic initiatives. The Recruitment team in France and internationally brings together nearly 50 recruiters, each operating within a dedicated area of expertise while maintaining the flexibility to support various Business Units. Each year we recruit around 1,000 permanent positions and 500 internships, almost exclusively in consulting roles. In this environment, the quality of recruitment and candidate experience are central priorities. At Wavestone, recruiting is as demanding as the roles we hire for. Our recruiters manage the full value chain: understanding needs, defining the employer branding and attraction strategy, evaluating candidates, guiding decision-making, and supporting onboarding.

Your role: As a recruiter, you will have three main responsibilities: achieving recruitment objectives for your scope in terms of volume and quality, contributing to the collective success of the team; developing your expertise by participating in or leading cross-functional projects (sourcing, employer branding, campus management, attractiveness, processes, tools, etc.); ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires by monitoring their probation period and supporting their success alongside Career Development Managers.

Qualifications: Graduated from a top business school, HR specialization, or a recognized Master in HR/Recruitment. 0 to 2 years of experience, ideally internships, apprenticeships or first recruitment experience. Strong results orientation, prioritization, and appetite for challenge. Excellent
