The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, and processing orders. Responsibilities include preparing quotes for windows and other exterior building products based on architect plans, developing a thorough knowledge of Lansing's products and services, and using our inventory management system to fill orders and maintain inventory control. The position may require assisting in the warehouse, including loading and unloading materials as needed. Qualifications include prior sales experience preferred but not required; a strong customer service focus; ability to work effectively in a team and independently; computer skills; goal orientation; knowledge of building principles a plus; ability to lift up to 70 pounds; bilingual Spanish a plus.
