This junior level role ensures the successful execution of client orders by maintaining scope, budgets, timelines, and quality while collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and drive continuous process improvement. This is an on-site position based in Johnson City, Tennessee, United States.

Responsibilities

Project Coordination and Execution: support planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities for ancillary supply distribution; assist in managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards across assigned studies; coordinate and track procurement, inventory, and distribution through global depots and fulfillment centers; maintain accurate project documentation and trackers.
Stakeholder Engagement: serve as a day to day contact for internal stakeholders and external clients; host and participate in study team meetings and client calls; prepare agendas, minutes, and status updates; act as a secondary contact for sponsors and CROs, supporting communication and reporting schedules.
Operational Oversight: monitor order progress and proactively identify risks or delays; perform quality control checks on kit builds and outbound order requirements; liaise with Ancillary Center Supervisor and Coordinators to ensure timely execution of study related tasks; assist in mai
