This position is based in Frederick, Maryland, United States. The Project Manager will supervise project scope, create detailed plans, manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs, and ensure on-time delivery within approved budgets while maintaining quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external clients, establishing and maintaining relationships with third-party vendors, delegating tasks, conducting site meetings and routine inspections, and preparing comprehensive project documentation. Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or equivalent, a valid US driver’s license, and 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction or related divisions. Strong skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Professional, Outlook, and web-based tools are required, along with excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. The role may involve occasional business travel.
