Senior Financial Analyst to join Regency Centers at our regional office in Los Angeles, CA or Long Beach, CA. This is a hybrid opportunity with three days in the office and two days remote after the training period. The analyst will manage the reporting process for regional in-process developments, assist in underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence for the acquisition, development, and redevelopment of shopping centers, and provide credit analysis on potential tenants and vendors. Responsibilities include maintaining financial models for in-process developments, aiding forecasting and project management, underwriting prospective developments and redevelopments, supporting special projects and ad hoc requests, preparing memoranda for approval by the Real Estate Committee, Investment Committee, or the Board of Directors, and performing due diligence for new investments including developments, redevelopments, acquisitions, co-investment partnerships, and dispositions. Additional duties include preparing quarterly asset review books for in-process developments and redevelopments, and preparing abstracts for anchor leases, PSAs, and Joint Venture Agreements while tracking key contract dates.
