Outside Sales Representative works under the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for maintaining and increasing gross profit with existing accounts and developing new customers within the sales territory. You will provide customers with product information and introduce new tires, train customers on Weblink, and evaluate programs. Responsibilities include establishing new customers and offering accounts details on products or programs tailored to their needs; completing and submitting daily call reports; maintaining and growing the sales territory; keeping all accounts up to date; introducing new tires to customers; and supporting company goals. Requirements include up-to-date knowledge of multiple tire lines; ability to multitask in a professional environment; strong written and verbal communication; a friendly and positive attitude; professional image; ability to prioritize and organize effectively; ability to work independently; knowledge of office equipment (computer, telephone, copier, fax, calculator) and software (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Weblink). Minimum qualifications are a High School Diploma or equivalent and either a 2-year business degree or 3 years of sales experience.
