Overview: Titan Machinery is seeking a Parts Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, drive parts sales, and keep the parts department running efficiently in Grundy Center, Iowa. Responsibilities include providing prompt, courteous service in person and by phone; applying product knowledge to make informed recommendations; and using our integrated systems for inventory management, invoicing, and handling customer inquiries. Qualifications: 1+ year of related experience or a high school diploma/GED; ability to travel up to 20% and work flexible hours; strong customer service skills, keen attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
