Aaron's is seeking a Sales Manager for its Ruston, Louisiana store. In this role you will lead sales efforts, build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors, and support daily store operations. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, driving new business through marketing strategies, assisting the General Manager with operational functions, and helping with deliveries when a driver is unavailable. Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent (two years of college or prior management experience preferred); valid state driver's license and, where required, DOT certification; and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 300 lbs with a dolly. A flexible schedule between 8 am and 9 pm is required.
