We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. This full-time role is based in Phoenix, AZ (on-site). What You’ll Do: Develop expert knowledge of our products, services, and solutions; conduct inside sales activities including follow-up on incoming leads, quoting, and order processing; build relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending the right products and solutions; collaborate with outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction; support customers with updates on orders, deliveries, and any account-related issues; prepare and deliver effective solutions-driven sales materials. What We’re Looking For: 1+ year of sales or counter sales experience in the construction industry; valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (preferred, not required); strong communication skills—Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; proven problem-solver with a customer-first mindset; ability to build strong customer relationships and maintain trust; able to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally.
