Hajoca Corporation is seeking an Inside Sales & Service Representative for its on-site location in Santa Fe, New Mexico. You will meet or exceed the sales targets established by the Profit Center Manager, assist in setting revenue and margin targets, and accurately process sales orders and bids generated through telephone sales. You will help customers who pick up their orders at the Profit Center, find innovative ways to grow sales with existing customers, and generate new leads to convert into customers. You will identify opportunities for value-added services, articulate our solutions, and investigate and resolve customer problems, address pricing deductions and material returns in compliance with company policy, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. You will support Counter and Outside Sales activities and communicate any changes in a customer’s business that could pose a credit risk to the Profit Center Manager and Credit Manager. You will complete required safety and compliance training and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include 1 year of experience in customer service or inside sales (contractor sales preferred), knowledge of products sold, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) to communicate via email, maintain weekly sales plans, call reports, and customer contact files.
