About the role
Driver Recruiter at C.R. England, Inc. located in West Valley City, Utah. The role focuses on prospecting candidates for Dedicated and Over-The-Road driver positions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The recruiter will contact hot leads to qualify and evaluate prospective Class A drivers.

- Review company-provided leads via the work queue
- Outbound calls to qualified candidates
- Screen and qualify candidates for fit to culture and environment
- Follow up with additional information as requested
- Manage and document candidate flow using the proprietary CRM
- Maintain patience and professionalism in a demanding environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least three years of customer service experience required
- Short cycle inside sales or recruiting experience a plus
- Experience in or knowledge of the trucking industry a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office; proficient with web browsers
- Salary: $14.00 per hour plus incentives
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm
