The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the financial transaction of the vehicle buying experience for each customer at the dealership. You will work with lenders to obtain bank approvals for car purchases, prepare the financing paperwork, and advise the sales staff on DMV laws. You will work directly with the sales team and guests to assist in the financial buying process, build rapport to expand the guest network, and present finance and insurance options. You will produce and submit accurate title paperwork to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner and achieve monthly objectives. You will ensure timely submission of guest paperwork to lenders and accounting, and you may handle guest funds during vehicle transactions while turning money into accounting. You will adhere to all local and national regulations and advise the sales team on new and recently changed state laws related to vehicle purchasing.
