PLM Project Manager is needed to support a large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation program. You will lead mid-sized PLM implementation projects from planning through delivery, developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and status reporting. You will manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests; coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, developers, and engineering functions; and drive governance, business adoption, and change management for PLM, CAD, and ECAD solutions. The position requires a PM with experience in enterprise PLM and hands-on planning, resource planning, and financial forecasting. The role is a full-time consultant assignment based in Västerås, Sweden (hybrid – onsite three days per week) with some travel to Ludvika. The assignment runs from September 2026 to March 2027, with extension possible. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field; 6–10 years of professional experience with at least 4 years in project management and PLM implementations; experience leading large transformation projects; experience with SAP and SAP S/4HANA; familiarity with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Aras, or similar; strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; experience working in Agile environments; proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office; PMP or PRINCE2 certification; fluent English (spoken and written); valid
