The Engineering Manager – Analytics House is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role within our global R&D team. You will be embedded with your engineers—participating in daily standups, code reviews, architectural discussions, delivery planning, and performance management—and you will own both the team's output and its development. This is a genuinely technical and leadership role. You will write and review code, be a credible voice in architectural decisions, and stay current with your team's stack. The balance between hands-on contribution and leadership depends on the team's context, but your overarching mandate is the same: run the team, execute, deliver, and grow its impact. Build the bench, raise the standard, and keep the operating cadence sharp as work and the organization evolve. You will work AI-augmented yourself, and expect the same from your team, pushing the team's craft forward with every new capability that lands. This role is remote, with teams and duties supported globally, including regions such as the US East Coast, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Israel.
