Overview: DoiT is seeking an Engineering Manager for Analytics House to lead a hands-on, player-coach engineering team within our global R&D organization. This is a remote role (Remote OK) with teams based across the East Coast US, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Israel. Responsibilities: Build and grow the team by driving continuous improvement, developing engineers through regular 1:1s and growth plans, and recruiting strong leaders to scale the organization. Provide technical leadership by writing and reviewing code, guiding architectural decisions, upholding engineering standards, and maintaining a healthy release process. Lead an AI-augmented team, applying judgment on where AI adds value while maintaining quality. Own the team's roadmap and delivery, planning, prioritization, and scope with the Technical Product Owner and Product teams, and adapting to changing business needs. Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, GTM, and Customer Success to align on priorities. Hire deliberately, set a high bar, and model best practices for engineering management across the company. Qualifications: 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management with hands-on coding. Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS on AWS, GCP, or Azure; API-first mindset; strong database, SQL, and BigQuery skills; proven ability to transform teams and improve delivery velocity and quality; deep fluency in the team’s stack; excellent judgment and direct, candid communication.
