CS GROUP, together with HE Space and Sopra Steria, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen the Quality team with a strong focus on operational quality assurance in production and development. In this on-site role, you will act as the QA focal point on the shopfloor during production, assembly and testing, performing keypoint inspections, incoming inspections, and acceptance inspections; releasing materials, components, and products for further processing or delivery; managing non-conformances (NCRs) and deviation reports; performing root cause analyses (e.g., 8D) and following up on corrective actions (CAPAs); supporting change requests and implementation of changes; contributing to and maintaining project quality plans; executing and following up on internal and external audits; supporting FMECA, reliability analyses and RAMS-related activities; ensuring proper registration and follow-up of actions and improvements; contributing to continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN / Six Sigma mindset); and supporting calibration and control of measurement equipment. Qualifications include a technical degree (BSc/MSc in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, or related field); experience in operational QA within production or a high-tech environment; hands-on mindset and comfort working on the shopfloor; familiarity with ISO9001, EN9100, and preferably ECSS; experience with non-conformance handling and inspections; knowledge of quality methods such as FMECA and reliability analysis is a plus; strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proactive, structured, and solu
