Senior Product Manager for Optic, Future's Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) product, within the Commercial Product team. You will define and align the global strategic roadmap, prioritise features, and build compelling business cases to move initiatives from concept to impact. You will partner with data and GTM teams to track performance and realise value from each launch. This is a high-visibility role requiring leadership across audiences, data, UX, and engineering, and you will collaborate with global sales to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities. You will translate AI and GEO requirements into actionable engineering items and champion multiple high-stakes workstreams while maintaining momentum through delivery. Key requirements include experience as a Product Manager, experience building front-end user-facing platforms, solid SEO knowledge and an interest in GEO, AI, and LLMs, and a proven ability to translate digital strategy into a concrete roadmap. The role offers a salary of £60,000-£65,000, is hybrid with two days per week in Bath or London Paddington, and includes benefits such as uncapped leave, a profit share bonus, a refer-a-friend incentive, wellbeing support, and an employee share plan.
