Impact Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager / Program Manager to drive the development and deployment of digital tools across its international, multicultural organization. Reporting to the IT Director and partnering with business stakeholders, you will oversee projects from scoping to post-deployment stabilization, coordinating across countries and ensuring alignment between business strategy and execution.

Key responsibilities: - Lead international projects and programs, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. - Structure and run project governance (COPIL, steering committees, decision boards) and facilitate management-level decisions. - Safeguard scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; consolidate reporting and provide clear performance indicators to management. - Serve as the main translator between business teams and IT; run requirements workshops and prioritize functional needs to create value. - Coordinate stakeholders in a multi-country environment, ensuring coherence of deployed solutions. - Oversee testing and business validation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. - Drive change management, adoption of new tools and processes, and continuous improvement of tools and methods across the Group.
